British social worker held hostages in Afghanistan were killed in an operation to save her, said British Foreign Ministry.
Linda Norgrove, 36, from Lewis Island one of islands in the western Scotland, working for the organization of the American aid agency DAI. He was kidnapped along with three other local staff on September.
