Lipitor RECALL, Triggered by Foul Odor

Company Pfizer Inc. has issued a Lipitor recall that includes a total of 191,000 bottles due to a foul and musty odor in the bottles first reported by consumers. This odor may have been triggered because the bottles were stores in pallets treated with pesticide.

The Lipitor recall announced by the FDA includes seven lots sold in Canada and the USA, and another three lots sold to a Canadian generic drug supplier.
The five lots sold in the USA are numbered 855020, 0819020, 0842020, 0843020,
