Bankrupt U.S. media company Tribune Co will force their CEO Randy Michael to resign from his place as reported by New York Times today (19/10/2010).
At 2008, Tribune, a publisher of Chicago Tribune and Los Angeles Times newspapers filed for bankruptcy, only a year after real estate tycoon Sam Zell acquired the company in a leveraged buyout that was funded through piles of debt.
