Tour de France 2011 Route Announced – The Tour de France 2011 route had just been announced a while ago. According to reports the Tour de France 2011 will start at Vendee region on the western coast for the flat stage. The official start of the 2011 tour will be on July 2, 2011.
Unlike previous Tour de France, the 2011 tour will not have a time trial prologue thus everyone has the chance to win since it will be full cycling and full adventure.
