Tylenol Recall Due to Musty Odor – A recent Tylenol recall has been issued this month of October 2010. Accordingly, McNeil Consumer Healthcare issued a voluntary recall of around 128,00 bottles of Tylenol 8 Hour caplets after receiving a small number of complaints of a musty or moldy odor. Affected Tylenol products are reported to have been sold in United States and Puerto Rico.
