Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were involved in an alleged hit and run accident outside of Boa restaurant in West Hollywood Wednesday night.
Video of the incident shows Cy behind the wheel of his Bentley, as the car appears to run over the leg of a female paparazzi. Watch:
The video shows that Cy rolled down his window and checked to see if the woman was ok, to which another photographer replied yes, and can be heard telling him to go. However, police were called to the scene and
