”Christmas Island to reflect on tragedy”
The first memorial service for victims of last week’s fatal Christmas Island boat accident has been held before all their bodies have been found.
Thirty asylum seekers – 13 men, nine women, four children and four babies perished when their wooden boat hit rocks and shattered in heavy seas on Wednesday morning.
