Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Necklace Theft – Actress Lindsay Lohan is said to be charged on Wednesday with felony grand theft in relation to a necklace which was allegedly stolen from a Venice, California store last month, a prosecutor said on Tuesday.
At 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Deputy District Attorney John Lynch said that Lohan is set for an arraignment at the Los Angeles Airport Superior Court.
