Wal-Mart lit up to acquire South Africa’s Massmart

South African competition bureaux have committed the green light to US store goliath Wal-Mart’s $ 2.4bn proposal for local retailer Massmart.
It has brought down circumstances on the bid, such as a ban on sacking workers in the first 24 months.
It has also stated that Wal-Mart must throw a project for educating local suppliers.
Wal-Mart’s bid for 51% of Massmart is caught as a test example for big foreign investment in South Africa.
