Gavin DeGraw was assaulted early Monday morning in NYC and taken to the emergency room, his rep confirms to Us Weekly. The 34-year-old’s rep tells Us the singer “is currently under observation” at Bellevue Hospital but that “no additional information” is being provided at this time.
