Plans are in the works to create an agriculture-based charter elementary school in the Waupun School District. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has approved a $ 200,000 planning grant to fund curriculum development and other set-up for the School for Agriculture and Environmental Studies (SAGES) in a vacant elementary school in Fox Lake.
Plans are for the school to run kindergarten through sixth grades for the 2012-2013 school year; adding the seventh grade the following year and
