The U.S. would sue a number of large banks linked the financial crisis

Bank of America included in the list of banking institutions that will be sued by the U.S. Government in connection with the decline in U.S. real-estate sector which then triggered the financial crisis.
Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank in a row over ten banks are reported to be sued by the Bureau of American Housing Funding.
