What the Obama job plan means for Ohio

In Ohio on Friday, September 9 to highlight the President’s American Jobs Act and what it means for Ohio, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said that rather than a long term solution to the jobs situation, the President’s plan is a “short term jolt.”
