Sheep numbers in the U.S. have fallen to all-time lows, but the demand for lamb continues to grow. Those factors have combined to create record sheep prices. At a recent sheep industry media event in Iowa, we visited with the president of the Iowa Sheep Industry Association, Leland Shipley of Nodaway in southwest Iowa.
