Oracle this morning declared that it has bought RightNow, both companies are listed on NASDAQ for $ 43 per share or approximately $ 1.5 billion net of RightNow’s cash and debt. With the acquisition, Oracle is totaling a rich cloud-based customer service offering to its own Public Cloud industry. RightNow’s share price concluded at $ 35.96 previous week, so the deal comprises a premium of approximately 20 percent on its closing price on Friday the 21st of October.
