Last friday night, Katy Perry celebrated her 27th birthday with a wild west-themed party that puts any fiesta you’ve ever attended to shame. The “One That Got Away” singer was decked out in cowgirl, complete with matching cowhide bra and pants, pink chaps and a vest with “B Day Girl” spelled out in faux bullet holes across her back.
