Kirk addresses ILFB delegation

Regulation, government overreach and taxation were popular topics for Illinois Senator Mark Kirk as he addressed the Illinois Farm Bureau membership, Sunday. Following his address he said it’s his hope congress realizes the negative implications overregulation has on the economy.
