Agency’s proposed CAFO reporting rule called ‘overreach’

The National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) says the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposed reporting rule for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) is unnecessary and possibly dangerous.
