Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital around 2 p.m. local time today, after authorities responded to a call from her sister in Los Angeles, who feared the actress was in danger.
Law enforcement officials tell TMZ they believe Locklear took a mixture of prescription drugs and alcohol, as paramedics on the scene decided she needed medical attention.
"Emergency response personnel responded to a medical emergency call at Ms. Locklear's residence," confirmed Ventura County Sheriff's Capt.
