Farmers Union members from across the U.S. will descend on Omaha this weekend for the 110th Anniversary Convention of the National Farmers Union (NFU).
The event begins on Sunday March 4th with a meeting of the organization’s policy committee and runs through the conclusion of the business meeting on Wednesday.
One topic sure to generate plenty of discussion is the NFU’s proposal to create farmer-owned grain reserves in the next farm bill. Nebraska Farmers Union president John Hansen
