Physician Thomas Fess has pleaded guilty to the charges of misdemeanor obstruction in the case of Erica Blasberg’s suicide.
The doctor admitted that on the day of the suicide he took a suicide note and prescription drugs from the scene in order to allegedly keep the family from suffering the embarrassment of a suicide. After pleading guilty, Erica Blasberg’s doctor was sentenced to one year probation and 40 hours of community service.
